1. Service Description

SortifAI provides:

• AI-powered file renaming and organization
• Google Drive integration for seamless file processing
• Multimodal analysis (text and image content)
• Automated folder structure generation
• File categorization and metadata enhancement

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during account setup
• Use the service legally and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not process copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Not upload malicious files or attempt to harm our systems
• Respect others' privacy and intellectual property rights
• Keep your account secure and notify us of unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities include:

• Processing files containing illegal content
• Attempting to reverse engineer our AI algorithms
• Overloading our systems with excessive requests
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Using the service to violate third-party rights

4. Google Drive Integration

When you connect Google Drive:

• You grant SortifAI permission to access your selected files
• We process files temporarily and delete them immediately after processing
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
• We comply with Google's API Terms of Service

5. Data Processing and Privacy

• Temporary Processing: Files are processed in memory and not stored permanently
• AI Analysis: Content is analyzed by Azure OpenAI for renaming suggestions
• No Data Retention: File content is deleted immediately after processing
• Session Security: Authentication tokens are securely managed

6. Service Availability and Performance

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• AI processing results may vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• Processing speed depends on file size and system load

7. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of your files and data
• Our Service: SortifAI technology, algorithms, and interface are our property
• AI Results: Suggested file names and organization are provided as-is
• Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used to improve our service

8. Limitation of Liability

• We recommend backing up important files before processing
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (if any)
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• Force majeure events are excluded from our liability

9. User-Generated Content

• You are responsible for the content of files you process
• You represent that you have rights to process all uploaded content
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• Illegal or harmful content will be reported to authorities

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features and functionality with reasonable notice
• Update these terms (users will be notified of significant changes)
• Discontinue the service with 30 days' notice
• Implement usage limits to ensure fair access

11. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Non-payment (for paid services)

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

12. Dispute Resolution
